    Hi Julio, I'd recommend reaching out to the insurance payer directly to find out why the claim was denied and how to resubmit it. Since the payment for a particular service, or diagnosis depends on the specific insurance plan and insurance payer's rules, you'll want to check with them to find out how you can bill them correctly. You can reach out to our Insurance Team to find out more about why your claim wasn't accepted for payment, but we can't offer any information which diagnosis codes to use. Technically, all ICD-10 Codes we've added to our system are billable to insurance payers, but your client's specific plan may not cover it.
