AnsweredWe keep getting denied claims through BCBS. We are unsure if there is something else we need to do in order to bill BCBS through SP. Can you help us? I registered for a Q and A with an Insurance Specialist but he is talking to someone else and not answering my questions. Its like he doesnt know I am here. Not sure what other resources to reach out to .

Hi TJ, our classes are open to all our customers and questions are typically answered in the order received. I see that you recently submitted a Help Request email and my colleague Caitlin responded with her recommendations on how to proceed.
