Insuance payments
AnsweredTrying to pull up total insurance information on a client. How would I do this, I have searched to no avail. As well, I have been unable to use my virtual platform over the past 2 days. It sounds like your system is ok. After pulling up the site, it will not let me in to the waiting room. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

Hi Dave, I'd be happy to help. You can find client insurance information and details under Edit > Billing and Insurance on the client's Overview page. Regarding your Telehealth sessions, are you entering your name prior to joining the session? Telehealth by SimplePractice will not allow you to enter a call without first entering your name. Let me know if that helps and if you have any additional questions I can assist with.

Hi Dave, when you click the Join Video Session from the appointment in your Calendar, a screen will show up with a form field to enter your name right above the Join Video Call button. Here's a screenshot:
