Hi Annette, have you accidentally added a blank Diagnosis & Treatment Plan for this Couple Client Profile? From the Couple Client's Overview page, click on the "All Items" dropdown menu and change the display to only show "Diagnosis & Treatment Plans." If the most recently entered Diagnosis & Treatment Plan is blank, then this maybe the one that's getting applied to the most recent sessions on the Superbill. I'd delete this Diagnosis & Treatment Plan, or enter the correct diagnosis in the blank field, go to the Couple Client's Billing tab and delete the Superbill to regenerate so the correct diagnosis applies to the recent sessions. I'd also recommend making sure the correct client is indicated as the "Responsible Biller" by clicking Edit at the top of the Couple's Profile page. Let me know if that helps!

Hi Ruth - Thank you for your response. I checked all of that last night and just re-checked it all to check myself! Nothing is out of place. He is the primary who normally gets the superbill, and he is still the primary and also responsible for billing, and there is only one diagnosis & treatment plan for him. However, because you prompted me to look at both, I see that there is a more recent diagnosis for her. So I updated his to be more recent than hers, but that did nothing. Still no diagnosis on superbill. Thank you for trying!

Hi Annette, I see my colleague Lindsay was able to help you out with this! Please let us know if you're still unable to create a Superbill for your Couple Client.

My Superbill shows the wrong diagnosis - and I have updated this client's diagnosis code twice (and saved) and it is not showing the proper code. Not sure how to proceed?

I am also having the same issue. Superbill does not display correct updated diagnosis nor does it allow me to edit and add it.

Having the same issue. I have updated the client's diagnosis twice, refreshed the page, and yet it's not showing up on the superbill.

I'm having the same issue!  I deleted the client's old diagnosis and super bills, updated their treatment plan (and back dated the new diagnosis), then clicked to create a new super bill but their old diagnosis is still coming up. Is there any way to manually edit the super bill? I've done this several times in a row and refreshed and it's still the same old diagnosis. Help!

Same issue. It putting in old single diagnosis and not current multiple diagnoses I have been applying for months.  Everything is changed, saved, and in order. The multiple diagnosis box is checked. It produced correct superbills until this month (4/22) .  Any ideas?

I too just received a complaint from a client that their Super bill had been "denied" because the insurer said the Super Bill was missing an ICD10 diagnosis code despite the fact that the code is listed on the form above the dates of service....My thought is that each date of service on the Super bill should list a FULL ICD10 diagnosis code, not just a number referencing the diagnosis list above - at least if there is only 1 diagnosis.
