    Hi Adam, we're planning on adding a feature that would notify clients and clinicians when they enter the wrong session, or a session that's set for a future date and time. We'll let you know when this feature is available!

    I have this problem two or more times a week with different clients. I"m waiting in the waiting room and they are in a different waiting room. However, they say that they entered their waiting room with the link that I just sent them that morning. And i enter through the correct caledar appointment. Is it possible that browser cookies or cache are the culpret here?

    Hi Claudia, I'd recommend restarting your computer, updating your operating system and browser, if updates are available. Rebooting your WiFi Modem/ Router, then clear your browser cache and cookies.     I have a client that has been experiencing this problem since we began working together five weeks ago.  Has Simple Practice followed through with a feature to help resolve this problem?

    Oh my goodness, I think this feature would be great. I don't know how many times, I have scrolled to future dates to schedule/cancel another patient's appointment and then ended up clicking on the wrong tele-health date.  It has happened often enough that sometimes I start second guessing myself if the patient is late logging in and end up disconnecting to double check!
