My billing is creating multiple claims instead of putting all under one claim

    I had one that did that, though I just assumed SP was splitting them into separate claims since one was a service in 2020 and one for a service in 2021 to keep the years separate. Were your services in separate years or both from this year?

    Hi Noe and Heath, Heath is right! The system will automatically split services that were made in the previous year onto a different claim than the ones for this new year. Currently, there's no way to create claims with service dates from two different years.
