My billing is creating multiple claims instead of putting all under one claim
AnsweredI am doing my billing like a I normally have and I am noticing that now on some claims it creates two separate claims instead of billing all dates of service under one claim. For example, a client with 2 dates of service needing billing should go on one claim, but the system is creating two separate claims with one date of service on each one...
Is anyone else having this issue?
