Editing Features for Intake Forms & Consent Documents
AnsweredI copied and pasted the text from my documents through creating a new document. When I view the form, the text is all haphazardly spaced and looks very messy. I have tried to edit, retype by hand or figure out the program's paragraph spacing rule. No matter what it looks like in the edit page, the final document seems to have a mind of its own.
HOW CAN I MANUALLY FORMAT AND ADJUST SPACING?

Hi Arielle and Elizabeth, you'll want to reach out to our team so they can look into your account and investigate your Consent Documents for you. You can click here to submit an email Help Request to contact them.

I am repeating here someone else's question because I have the same issue:
"I copied and pasted the text from my documents through creating a new document. When I view the form, the text is all haphazardly spaced and looks very messy. I have tried to edit, retype by hand or figure out the program's paragraph spacing rule. No matter what it looks like in the edit page, the final document seems to have a mind of its own."
Furthermore, in my progress notes SP has decided to isolate a paragraph and screw up the typing. What's this about?

Why can't we upload pdfs to the consent forms? Or word documents? I'm trying to go completely paperless, but I am unable to upload my statement of professional disclosure into the blank box, whether it is copied and pasted from word or adobe, as my signature will not transfer. This is very frustrating. And I think it should be fixed asap.

Hi Everyone, you should be able to copy and paste text into the Consent Documents text box, from PDF or Word, in Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files when you add a Consent Document. However, if the formatting is off when you paste the text in, please reach out to our Customer Success Team so they can look into your account and help you reformat. Click on the ? icon in your account > Get Help > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request! Here's more on how to email us for further investigation.
