Why are my credit card transactions not been submitted to my bank for the past 4-5 days. There is no activity on my account.

    Hi Stephanie, it looks like my colleague Alicia emailed you on Monday. To clarify, payouts are processed every two business days on the Daily Payout Schedule. Alicia found that the last charge made in your account was on 1/14. Since Monday was a national holiday, it doesn't count as a business day. Two business days from 1/14 would be 1/19, so you should've received your payout on Tuesday. If you're still not seeing this payout reflected in your Reports > Payout Report, or in your bank statements, please respond directly to Alicia's email so she can investigate this for you and make sure you're getting paid!

    I have not received any pay outs, with my first payment on 1/6.
