    Hi Michelle, if your EAP provider was a manually added insurance payer in your Settings > Insurance page, instead of one we've added automatically, then you won't be able to submit electronic claims to this payer through SimplePractice. You'll want to either print out the claim you created and physically mail it to the EAP's billing address, or contact the EAP directly to find out the best way to submit claims to them.
