Importing prior EHR billingAnswered
Does anyone have good advice on how to enter prior EHR billing into SP? Specifically, outstanding balances on claims that have been submitted/paid by insurance already and still have a copay or deductible owed?
Hi Lacy, we often suggest adding a Product in Settings > Billing & Services > Products, the creating Product Invoices for your clients so you can bill them for their previous balances. To create a Product Invoice, go to your client's file > Billing tab > New > Invoice > Yes, to continue > Add Line Item.
