Estimate of Future payout
AnsweredHello, I am not sure what is happening but my future payout estimate amount is not showing up since January 14. Thus all client seen after that is being collected by strip but no amount is showing up. Can someone please advise.
Thank you.

Hi Juliet and Ashleigh, we're currently working on a way to reinstate the Estimated Payout function for weekly and monthly payout schedules. Currently, the only payout schedule that will accurately record Estimated Payouts is the daily payout option. You can change this in Settings > Billing & Services > Online Payments for now, until our engineers fix this issue.

Thank you for the reply, Ruth. I am happy to hear that SP is working to reinstate this option. I can handle being in the dark for a bit, but I know this information is available through Stripe, so I can only imagine it's available to SP. I know you can't give me a time-frame, but I'm curious if this is a long-term project or short term?

Hi Ashleigh, this is an issue on our credit card processor, Stripe's end, so I can't give you a specific timeframe. I know our engineers are working with them to recapture the Estimated Payouts for Weekly and Monthly Payout Schedules, but it may take a longer time than if it were an issue we could fix entirely internally.

Hi Everyone, to clarify, you'll still receive payouts according to the Payout Schedule you set in Settings > Billing & Services > Online Payments. However, if you've opted for a Weekly, or Monthly Payout Schedule, then you won't see your Estimated Payouts in your Reports > Payouts. If you opt for Daily Payouts, then you'll still be able to track your Estimated Payouts on your Payout Report. We're working on reinstating the Estimated Payout function for Weekly and Monthly Payout Schedules, but in the meantime switch to daily if you'd like to see the amount of money you're to expect from your next payout.
