I sent clients paperwork to wrong email address. How can I resend paperwork?
AnsweredI emailed her paperwork and made an error in her email address. So she did not get them. SP will not let me resend the paperwork.
I could not send paperwork to her electronically, so I was able to copy the forms and email them to her. But I could not find all the paperwork. For example paper work on policies etc. She did return the completed paperwork to me. How can I add that info onto her page?

Hi Susan, happy to help. First, unlink the client's Portal account from the old email address under Edit > Client Portal. Revoke Portal access, then, choose the new email address in the drop-down menu and hit Send Email to invite your client to the Portal using the correct email address. Next, you can click the Share button on their Overview page to send them any missing paperwork.
To upload a file to your client's Overview page, go to Uploaded Files and click Upload New. Locate the file on your computer and select it, then upload it to the client's file. Let me know if you have any additional questions about this, or anything else SimplePractice. I'm here to help.
