Hi. I do understand how to create different addresses in the billing section. However, although I want my practice address to appear on my invoices and billing statements that go to my pts, for the CMS claim forms, I want a different address to appear (I've already added this other address to the drop-down box in the Billing section, fyi). The only way to do that is to manually go in and change the addresses in the billing address dropdown menu each time prior to generating and submitting a CMS form. That's kinda tedious and cumbersome. After I'm done, I'd have to go back in and change again, etc.
Can you guys create a separate box option for desired addresses to be shown only on CMS forms? That would be a massive help!
