Website option for Group Practice.
AnsweredHi everyone,
My name is Rich.
I have to say I absolutely love Simple Practice! In my 20 years as a therapist, my practice has never been more fun! Simple Practice has really helped to increase the efficiency of my clinical practice and I can't imagine practicing without it.
I am equally excited about the new Website option. However, I am very disappointed that it is only set up for single practitioners. I have a group practice and we would love to use the new website option, but you can only list profile info as a single provider. Which I find to be very ironic when you watch the promotional video introducing this new feature and the headlines on the sample practices in the video use terminology like "we", implying there may be more than one practitioner at a given organization. Perhaps I'm being a bit too literal, but still, why say "we" when there is only an option for "I".
All that said, I'd love to know when the "we" will actually be an option as I know myself and my associates are eager to port our current website over to the Simple Practice platform since it appears to be much more user friendly for updating and managing content than the current website provider we use.
Any insights would be most appreciated. Thanks for listening.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Rich, if you're referring to the video in this Help Center Guide on Setting up your Professional Website, then any use of the plural "we," or "our" refers to SimplePractice, not the customer. The video uses the singular "your," or "you" in reference to customers who would be building out their Professional Website.
