    Hi Amber,

If a claim has been assigned a Payer Claim # and a Clearinghouse Reference #, these numbers will be listed directly under the client's name.

If there have been multiple submissions of the same claim, you can click Claim Details next to the client's name to find the claim filing history including any previous reference numbers.

    Hi, Gillian & Amber,

I have the same rejection with BCBS. Do you know where the previous claim number should be entered on the claim form?

I am needing help with rejected claims (BCBS) and need to contact Eligible EDI.  Is there a phone number where I can talk to a person?

I'm having the SAME issue with BCBS. I hope someone can help us get to the bottom of this.

Melanie and Evelyn, I contacted the help desk and let them know. There was some issue in the BCBS system which eventually got rectified with the claims I had rejected. I imagine it's the same issue AGAIN, so I recommend contacting Simple Practice Help. It took about a week and a half for the issue to be resolved.
