    Hi Lynda, you'll want to hit the "Create Claims" button for these "Unbilled Appointments" in Billing > Insurance. The sessions will appear on claims in the "Prepared" state and won't appear as "Unbilled Appointments." This way, you'll avoid accidentally submitting the claims through SimplePractice, when batch claim filing.

    Once you prepare the claim, is there a way to manually update it that it has been paid?

    I would like an answer to this as well as is there a way to mark the claim as paid once it comes back in to your practice?

    This would be very helpful to have a way to mark the claim as paid.

    This seems like a request that is ongoing with users. Can Simple Practice do something to make this possible? Would be very helpful, as some circumstances require providers to submit claims outside of the EDI. Thanks!
