email doesn't appear on calendar

    Hi Edith, a client's email address will not appear on the appointment flyout window in your Calendar; however, if you've enabled email reminders for the client, then you can click on the appointment > Share Link > Send Reminder to email them a link to the Telehealth call. If the client doesn't have email reminders enabled, then you won't be able to send them the link from the appointment flyout window. To enable email reminders, go to a client's file > Edit, scroll down to the Emails section and check the box to "Send Email Reminders."
