Batch of claims left on Accepted

I submitted a batch of 21 claims 21 days ago. They all have the accepted status. I have submitted new claims since then, and they have already been paid. How do I follow up on what seems to be overlooked claims? Should I be patient or assume there is an issue since claims submitted since then have been paid? Would I have to call about each claim separately?

Hi Tina and Louise, we have heard from our community that some BCBS Payment Reports are delayed. If you find that your Payment Reports are still missing, please reach out to our Success team directly via email through the ? bubble and we'd be happy to open an investigation with our clearinghouse.

The claims are showing an "E" in front of the claim number, which a rep for BCBS told me that means Error. This policy is through a major University in my city. I have other clients who also work at the same University, and I am not having problems with their claims. So confusing! The claims are not getting through. I tried to refile them but they just sit at Accepted status.
