notes and forms
AnsweredWhen I try to "share new" there are only some of the notes and forms that are available.
e.g. When I go to notes and forms I have a list of forms that either were there, or that I added, like a safety plan. When I go to patient and try to share many of these do not show up, for example, the safety plan. How do I share this?

Hi Jonna, this is likely because the "Patient Safety Plan" you added from your Settings > Notes & Forms > Template Library is a Progress Note Template and not an Intake Form. If you'd like to change the template type, go to Settings > Notes & Forms, click on the Patient Safety Plan and use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to select Intake Form, instead of Progress Note. Save your changes. Now you can share this form with your clients.
