How do I add my business name and information to the practice policy document? The sections where it states for you to enter the name for your practice here. I need to edit the service type and dollar amount also. Please help.
Hi Michelle, head over to your Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files and click Edit next to each Consent Form to enter your information. To edit your services go to Settings > Billing & Services > Services and click on a service you'd like to make changes for. You can also hit the Add New Service button to create a custom service code.
