    Hi Neda, in SimplePractice you can only enroll under one NPI and Tax ID, or SSN. The information you submit to the insurance payer for enrollment should be the same information they have on file for your practice. I'd reach out to the insurance payer directly and verify what, or whose billing information they have on file.

    Hi Peach state health plan do not have my NPI nor Tax ID register with the state. All claims from 12/20 has been rejected. Don't understand since they are the only one having this issue. Medicaid state that the enrollment is active. This is very urgent and need some information on what going on and how to go about fixing the problems. Thanks
