Editing Diagnostic codes

Hello!
I have been trying to edit the icd-10 F80.0. It is listed only as "Phonological Disorder". While that is correct, it is not the only description for this code. The F80.0 is also applicable to:
- Dyslalia
- Functional speech articulation disorder
- Lalling
- Lisping
- Phonological developmental disorder
- Speech articulation developmental disorder
- Speech-sound disorder
The diagnosis of phonological disorder does not apply to my client who has a lateral lisp.
Please advise as to how to edit or include the additional diagnoses for F80.0.

Hi Erika, currently there's no way for you to edit the description of the ICD-10 Code. We use the general description in this ICD-10 database: https://www.icd10data.com/ICD10CM/Codes/F01-F99/F80-F89/F80-/F80.0 . As you can see, the "Applicable To:" section lists all of the descriptors you mentioned. We don't add these additional disorders, but you can include a note about which of these is applicable in the corresponding Treatment Plan.
