setting up Medicare claim filing
AnsweredI have been trying to get Medicare claim filing set up on SimplePractice. I have already enrolled in Medicare EDI and Medicare reports they have linked to the third-party clearinghouse, Elligible Inc. SimplePractice reports I need some documents from my Medicare enrollment packet. I have contacted Medicare twice and have been told there is no enrollment packet to send to SP or Elligible Inc. No one at SP can assist me in resolving this issue. Before I leave SP for another platform, I thought I would check to see if anyone else had this issue. SP response to my issue has been less than desirable. Waiting over three weeks for this issue to be resolved is very unprofessional.

I have reached out to SP regarding Medicare claims through TIBCO. The response I received did not help me navigate TIBCO and I have been unable to submit claims for two months. Medicare has made a change in their system and I am in need of immediate support and knowledge from SP so that I can process claims for payment.
