Yes, I also have this problem particulary from United Health/ UMR. They are listed as "Accepted" on my Enrollment list and I track my payments through the Optum website. But it messes up my over all Simple Practice financial tracking. Ideas? Suggestions??

Hi Sandra and Carolyn, you'll want to make sure you've submitted a Change of Vendor form and make sure that you're only enrolled in receiving Payment Reports, or ERAs, through SimplePractice. If you're getting ERAs through an insurance payer portal, or via paper EOBs still, you may need to reach out to our Insurance Team for help with your SimplePractice Payment Report enrollments. Use this link to submit an email Help Request to a member of our Insurance Team. They'll be able to investigate your enrollments and make sure you're set up for automated insurance bookkeeping through SimplePractice.

Has any one figured out how to fix this problem?  I have claims also stuck in Accepted but we have received a check as well paying the claim but still shows open.

I have claims stuck in accepted for over 20 days and not received payment. How can I resolve this issue without contacting the insurance company directley, which is impossibe to connect to an agent. The insurance company is Baylor, Scott, and White.

What does accepted mean so far as being reimbursed? Specifically, when it also shows missing payment?
