Is there anyway to add a graphic of the body that can be clicked and edited for the subjective portion of the Chiropractic SOAP and for the new patient intake form?

  Hi Jennifer, thanks for posting in our Community Forum. Currently, our Note and Form Template Builder does not support the addition of graphics. However, we're always looking into how to better support chiropractors using SimplePractice, and appreciate your suggestion for us to improve in the future.
