HIPAA Compliant ROI Sending

I would love it if SP included a HIPAA compliant release of information pathway. Currently, it is expensive and inconvenient to pay and use a HIPAA compliant, double encrypted email to send records. Since SP is already HIPAA compliant, I would like them to build a way to send medical records to other professionals after the client fills out an ROI.
