Do we need A credit card signature authorization form on file?
AnsweredI was reviewing our practices Intake forms & saw that we did not have an Authorized signature form for Credit Cards (CC). We assumed that because we already have the client's CC on file that this is sufficient. How do we know, if we need to create or have on file a signature CC authorization form? Do we need one, as we have been working fine with-out it? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bill, many of our customers add language to their Practice Policies Consent Document about authorization and use of client credit cards on file. To update your Practice Policies, or to create a new Consent Document specifically for credit card authorization, go to Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files!
