Multiple Licenses for a Single Clinician

I'm licensed in two states and would like to add that to my profile. Is there a way to add multiple licenses to a clinician?

  There is! Go to Settings > My Profile > Clinical > Add a License!

  In the Add a License section it does not have a field to enter the state of the different licenses. Is that simply unnecessary when we enter them? I am licensed in multiple states and want to make sure all the information appears correctly and clearly. Is there a way to distinguish which license goes with which state?

  I am also interested in finding a way to specify which states licenses are attached to.
