Setting an account

Hi Wesley, if you're the Account Owner, the person who created the SimplePractice account, then you can go to Settings > Team Members > Add Team Member to add these counselors as Clinicians in your account. If you don't want to have clinician permissions yourself and would like to be listed as a non-clinical team member (Scheduler/ Biller), you'll want to reach out to our team to switch Account Ownership. To reach out, click the ? icon to the bottom right of your account > Get Help and submit an email help request. Here's how to Login to your SimplePractice Account to Submit a Help Request.
