Where will I see the reason for cancelation when client uses text link?

    I just enabled this option also and am wondering the same thing. I put in a reason for a test client from my own phone, and I go the email that it was cancelled, but the reason was not included there, nor as a note in the client's chart. It would be very helpful to have the reason appear somewhere!

    The Cancelation Note will appear in your Account Activity log, which you can find to the left of your account!
