Where will I see the reason for cancelation when client uses text link?
AnsweredIn playing around with appointment reminders for a dummy client, I see the client cannot cancel without giving a reason. I can't seem to find where the reason is communicated to the office/clinician, does anyone know?

I just enabled this option also and am wondering the same thing. I put in a reason for a test client from my own phone, and I go the email that it was cancelled, but the reason was not included there, nor as a note in the client's chart. It would be very helpful to have the reason appear somewhere!
