Changing supervisor/privacy settings

Hi,

I want to utilize my account and am shifting to a new supervisor and new clients. If I assign my new supervisor to myself, I am hoping she will not be able to access notes sent to my prior supervisor. I cannot discern how this would work.

Please advise.

  Hi Caila, I'd be happy to help. When you add your new Supervisor to your account, they'll be able to access clients and see notes for all clients assigned to you. You may want to make your previous clients Inactive in SimplePractice so they don't show up when searching for clients.
