lock and signCompleted
Can we put it to vote that the "lock and sign" button needs to be moved down next to the save button please!!!!! I mean can I have it all together in one place please?
I’ve wondered about this, but I think it’s intentional. Since we are not really supposed to change things after they are signed. My guess is it’s to avoid unintentionally hitting lock and sign by accident.
There are other fail safes built in the system. Like deleting a client account requires you to type in their name correctly. It avoids unintentional deleting.
Hi Alyssa, Nicole is absolutely right! The reason we have the "Lock & Sign" button placed at the bottom of the note is to make sure it's the final step you take after entering the note, as opposed to an accidental function you click before you've written the note. If you'd like us to reconsider the placement of the "Lock & Sign" button, please post on our Ideas and Suggestions Board: http://simplepractice.uservoice.com/!
