New therapist here, but a former client's info is on my account! :-o
AnsweredHi!
I am new here and am adding clients names and info. but there is a client listed I do not know in my private portal. At first I thought it was a "sample" for me to follow. But now I am seeing therapist notes, a diagnosis, dates of service, payments, etc. on this person. YIKES.
Concerned about that.

Hi Catherine,
We apologize for the delay in replying to this post.
As Trish suggested, the client profile named Jamie or Johnny Appleseed is a test client profile that you're welcome to play around with and test features on. We have pre-populated this profile with both clinical and billing information.
If you're seeing a different client profile name that you do not recognize, please reach out to us directly so we can take a look at your account.
In addition, for future reference, the quickest way to get support for account-specific questions is to send us a help request by clicking the blue question mark > Get Help option on the lower right of your SimplePractice account. For more details, feel free to check out this Help Center guide: Logging in to SimplePractice and submitting help requests.
Although we're periodically monitoring the Community Forum, this is also a place for customers to exchange ideas and engage with one another on how to best use our platform. Thank you for acting as resources for each other in the meantime.
