Use of secure phone?
AnsweredHi! Wondering if Simple Practice users get by with just the secure messaging feature and don't feel the need to have a secure phone line? Been looking into doing the BAA with Google to utilize Google voice but would also like to avoid additional costs. Do you find that you manage well without having a phone number to provide to clients?
