Changes I made to my progress note template not presenting for sessions

    Hi Melissa, did you make this Template Type an Assessment, or was it a Progress Note Template? If you can see the new Template version listed in the client's Overview page > New > Assessment, then you made the new version an Assessment Template, not a Progress Note Template. To make this also available when you create a note for your clients' appointments, go to your Settings > Notes & Forms, click on the Assessment Template you edited and change the Template Type to Progress Note. If you're using the "Load Previous" function, then the same version of the Progress Note Template that the previous note was entered in.
