Is there a way for me to format the invoice? I would like to use single or double window envelopes to send invoices but the invoice is not formatted in this way. Can you please add the option for me to do so? There are also times that I need to add other services to the invoice but I cannot modify the date. Will you please allow to change the date as well?
Also, I would like an option to include the insurance payment. When I receive a statement from my healthcare provider it includes what the insurance company paid and my responsibility as a patient. Is this also an option.
