    I have this question too- for Bright Health in North Carolina- a new plan on the ACA Marketplace.

    Hi Brett and Rana, you can add an insurance payer to SimplePractice via Settings > Insurance Payers > Add Payer. Please note that this will allow you to create and download claims for the payer, but will not enable you to electronically submit claims through SimplePractice.

    Gillian- In my instance Bright Health in other states is listed (like Bright Health of Alabama). Can Simple Practice add Bright Health of North Carolina so I may utilize SP for billing?
