Sharing intake documens
AnsweredHello, I've had no problem with this, have not changed any settings, yet when I try to "share". inatke forms with new clients they don't go. Instead the check marks are all grayed out.
Any ideas? Help!

Hi Maggie, this means that you've already shared these documents with your clients. You can direct your client's to login to their Client Portal by sending them a secure message with your Client Portal link. Go to Settings > Client Portal > Copy the link and go to your client's file > hit the Message icon to the top right and paste the Client Portal link to send it to your client. Once they enter their email address in the Client Portal link's form field, they'll get an email login link and they can click the Documents tab to see and complete all the documents and forms you've sent them!
