How do I remove client from unbilled b/c I already submitted and was paid

    Good question, Im waiting to find that out as well.  I have a lot I need to remove.

    Hi Melinda and Charlotte, to remove dates of services from the Unbilled Appointments page, create, but do not submit, claims for these dates of service. The claim status will stay as Prepared until you add payments for these dates of services, at which point the claims will update to Paid.

    Hello Gillian, 

    I also have Unbilled Appointment that have been paid and I need to remove.  I followed the steps that you provided to Melinda and Charlotte on how to remove dates of services from the Unbilled Appointments page, but the claims are stilled posted in the claim status as Prepared even after the payments information was added or was already there for these dates of services.  Is there another step I have to do?
