Can client forms from another software system (FormDR) be imported to SP? Or can, at least, the forms completed by the patient in another software system be imported and saved to a specific patient file?

  Hi there, you can have your clients fill out forms from another software and then you can manually upload the PDF version in their SimplePractice files by hitting the Upload button to the top right. You can't import forms created outside of SimplePractice to electronically get sent, filled and signed through SimplePractice. You can recreate your forms in SimplePractice from your Settings > Notes & Forms, either hit +Create New Template, or go to the Template Library to add and customize an existing form.
