    I don't think so. I think you have to go to the client's insurance provider and check that way.

    Hi Sandra and Deb,

    Here's how you can access a list of your clients who have insurance:

    1. Go to Reports > Outstanding Balances.
    2. Click the More filter.
    3. De-select With Balance.
    4. Select Include Insurance.



    5. Click CSV or Excel on the top right to export this data.
    6. On the exported file, there will be two columns on the far right for Primary Insurance and Secondary Insurance, allowing you to sort and filter by the information in these columns.
