After visit summary to send to clients
I used to work at an organization that had an EHR, and we would create after visit summaries that could be automatically sent to clients. In the after visit summary, I would often just type up any homework that I wanted the client to complete before our next session, or something I wanted them to think about before our next session. Clients found this very helpful. Is there a way to create this feature within Simple Practice?

Lauren, I would love an automatic feature that did this. I have a field for homework at the bottom of my note. Certain items are perfilled to check off Bc they are so common (like Schedule your next visit on the client portal. Or schedule a Med check with your prescribing physician. Etc.)
After I save the note, I copy this section and paste it in the messenger to the client. So they get a hw summary after each session and it’s documented with the note.
