I recently started a new job in an OT office and I am looking for ways to create some type of document or spreadsheet for waitlisted clients that want to schedule on specific dates and times. Is there any format that offers an already created document to do this? Excel? Anything? Thanks in advance!

  I have found google forms to be amazing. For reasons such as using it to track who came in first and answering questions. I'll attach mine as a example, the thing to keep in mind is you have to have a paid google account and have them sign the google baa.
