    I see that my colleague Maddy was able to provide guidance for you.

    For everyone's reference, you can set up a payment plan and bill in increments by creating product invoices in smaller amounts that total the client's outstanding balance. You can also set the appointment fee to $0 since the client will pay for the appointment through the product invoices.
