Can I upload my own Assessment PDF into my account and write in answers in session?

Hello. I have a PDF document of an assessment that I want to use. Am I able to upload this PDF into my account and use as my Assessment with clients? And have it to be able to write-in within my sessions? Thank you

  Me too! I'd also like to upload images that I can share with clients as part of our beginning process
