Me too! I'd also like to upload images that I can share with clients as part of our beginning process

    Hi all,

If you have PDF files that you'd like to share with clients, you can upload them to Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files > Files (Read only). Files uploaded here will be available to share with any client when you click Share on the top right of a client's profile.

Note that when you share a PDF file with a client, they will not be able to edit that PDF or complete a PDF form online within the Client Portal. However, they can download the form > edit it as needed > re-upload it to their Client Portal. If you would like them to do this, go to Settings > Client Portal and confirm that Allow clients to upload documents is selected.

If you prefer to have your client complete an assessment through an online, paperless workflow, you can create a custom Intake form with your own questions. For information on creating custom templates, feel free to check out this Help Center guide: My Notes and Forms: Creating customized client intake and progress note templates.
