Superbill not showing all appointments

    Hi Don, are these dates of service already on another Superbill? Because a date of service can only appear on one Superbill at a time, SimplePractice won't show every date of service when you create a Superbill if other Superbills already exist. Let me know if this helps clear things up.

    I found a Superbill I did not know I created. It was not easy to find, however, deleted, recreated and resolved.  Thanks.

    Hello - I'm having a similar issues. There are no other superbills...the one I've created is missing 3 sessions.

    Hi, Shannon

    I was able to resolve this by first seeing that a Superbill was created. When I went to the client's "billing", on the lower right-hand side is a section titled "billing documents". I then "deleted" this superbill. This allowed me access to the various "dates of invoices" that I set in the start and end dates. I was then able to select the dates for invoices within those parameters.
