I am an ONN provider and have been submitting my claims through simple practice since 2019 with no problem. Starting in Novemeber 2020 I have been receiving claims that state DENIED on them in client's profiles and there is no explanation. I resubmit and they get denied as duplicates.
I looked into them on Availity and they have indeed been paid, to the subscriber (which should not matter, because it was paid), but they are still showing as denied in the client's profile.
It has been happening more and more with my claims from this year, and I am wondering why?
