    This is a significant barrier to my practice as well. My admin has to come and ask me every time she needs to check something like this so I end up doing it myself. The only fix currently is to pay for another clinician with full access to clients. This has been a long standing complaint by group practice owners.

    This has proven to be an issue for our practice as well. We were told via email that we have to pay for a clinician seat. (to be compliant we already pay an extra seat for our practice manager too)  I'd like to see this change. There are a few issues with SimplePractice that make it tough to use for a group practice including requirements needed to meet Medicaid standards.  However, changing to from this EHR to an EMR is a big step. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? It doesn't look like SP will be making changes in either area anytime soon.

    Kim & Brandy, I messaged SP and they stated, "There are no upcoming plans to change non-clinical Team Members permission levels. You can request there by changes made to our permission levels by adding it to our Ideas and Suggestions board." I just posted this on the ideas & suggestions board. I'll follow up with the link and express your wishes/frustrations here!

    Of course not! LOL! This is a way they can get us to pay more! I will vote for this idea!
